Healthy Lunch and snacks for Gymnastics

Hi guys, I'm back and as you can see we're talking about healthy snacks to healthy lunches to pack for gymnastic/dance and these work for both of them.
FRUITS                       
  • STRAWBERRIES
  • GRAPES
  • BANANAS
  • PINEAPPLES
  • POMEGRANATES
  • MANGO
  • SALADS


Now it’s time to talk about healthy lunches to eat.

  • Peanut butter and jelly sandwich
  • Veggie wrap
  • Carrots
  • Celery
  • Hummus
  • Turkey sandwich (is my favorite)

 And if you only have a snack time you can also use any of those choices. So I hope you have a healthy and awesome gymnastics and dance class see you all next time.
