Family Piece

I was visiting Singapore with my mother who was very famous and made lots of artwork.We were walking to my grandmother’s famous restaurant. When we got outside the door we saw one of my mother’s famous pieces and  remembered when she made this piece. It was actually inspired by me when I was just seven years old. I made a picture of me ,my younger sister and my mom standing in front of my grandmother’s restaurant.When i first opened and she loved my picture so much that she sculpted it then put the sculpture in front of my grandma’s restaurant

Forward Rolls

How To Do a Forward Roll To do a forward roll you have be on a Soft surface and make sure you are on a flat and not bumpy surface. You could do it on your bed But if you want to do it on the ground  I suggest you have  a gymnastics mat or something. Because you could  really hurt your back when you are doing you’re roll. Your back might also  hurt from you rolling on your spine so I suggest you have  a mat or something down.   W hen you are learning a forward roll you must always keep your hands flat make sure your neck is tucked in. I know you’re like How do you tuck your neck. You can't physically tuck your neck. what my gymnastics  teacher always told me was to bring your chin to your neck and look at your belly button and then you roll forward keep your chin down so you won't   land on your head because that would hurt a lot trust me I've seen it before and  I've done it before and it hurt really bad.  After you ro

GREAT WARM UPS

HI little gymnasts I have missed you guys so much and i can’t wait to teach you some guys new warm ups.So some of my favorite warm ups are: Jumping Jacks: To do a jumping jack, you start with an airplane, bring them down like a chicken, then bring them to your side as you close your legs like a soldier.  The faster the better.  You should do at least 50 to build your endurance and get you warmed up. Curl Ups Y ou Lay flat on your back with you’re knees up toward the ceiling and you don't have to Have a partner But you can choose one you can also do this by yourself so on your back flat Cross Your Arms make X your chest Try to pull your body up words as and slowly and you can down to whatever number you want to Usually do 25.

Two weeks before i was learning about a poisonous snakes called red mans so after i went to the jungle and we were walking through the jungle and i looked at my watch and keep walk when i looked up and spotted a red man and i was freaking out alot  and i had to cycled through what to do but that day my friend decided not to go to the class with my and friend was like ahh plz don't bit me i don't know what to do so she stepped on it and i screamed no because if you step on it sends out this blue ink but what she did not know that it was poisonous  so we had to drive out to a hospital and now she is feeling way better

Healthy Lunch and snacks for Gymnastics

Hi guys, I'm back and as you can see we're talking about healthy snacks to healthy lunches to pack for gymnastic/dance and these work for both of them. FRUITS                        STRAWBERRIES GRAPES BANANAS PINEAPPLES POMEGRANATES MANGO SALADS Now it’s time to talk about healthy lunches to eat. Peanut butter and jelly sandwich Veggie wrap Carrots Celery Hummus Turkey sandwich (is my favorite)  And if you only have a snack time you can also use any of those choices.
