This week we are going to be talking about backwards rolls.Now you really need to know how to do this because it helps with learning your back walkover back back kickover and back handspring.now I will have a video for you to look at AFTER you read this hole thing please DO NOT SKIP ANYTHING I DO NOT want you to hurt yourself because you skip a step.So this is how you are going to learn a backwards rolls.First You need to practice rolling on your back and not rolling on your neck because if you rolling your neck you could really enjoy yourself. Also after you practice rolling on your back and not your neck you want to do a rebound now if you don’t know what a rebound is a rebound is when you jump up with your hands in the air and straight line. You have to keep your hands by her ears at all times while you’re rolling because if you take them away you could enjoy your neck your head and your wrist. Adults are in charge of everything and kids get to run all the small things like clubs and stuff.but if I was in charge I would say kid can do anything they want to for a whole month.They could run for president of create their own state for a month.Adults could not do anything and parents could not say no to anything bothers/sisters have to take their siblings everywhere with them.Kids could choose their bedtime and they could have nap time in school.That’s what would happen if I was in charge of the world.  

Hi I’m lily I have this goldfish named brown and he has a ladder now I have cerebral palsy and this means i can not talk or move without anyone to help me.one day my mom surprised me with a goldfish and i named him brown.Usually brow swims in a circle and he does that everyday and i got him a little ladder.and lis one day he went in to his little circle and then he just very slowly and landed on the the table i tried to help it but the bowl fell and got me all wet my mom heard the glass brake and said look what you did now she's dead and i sat there with tears rolling down my face.
